Chicken Moist because at least one person you know hates this word shirt

Chicken Moist because at least one person you know hates this word shirt is multi-colored chopping boards. Red for raw meat, yellow for poultry, green for fruit and veg, white for dairy products, blue for cooked food, brown for seafood. Why do they do this? It’s to avoid cross-contamination; the transfer of harmful bacteria from one food-type to another. Four thousand years ago, the early Jews did not understand bacteria and cross-contamination, but they did know one thing; that preparing raw meat together with dairy products often made people very sick. So they made a law to stop people doing that. Many other kosher laws came about for the same reason; for instance the laws against eating pork and shellfish, both of which are notoriously prone to high levels of bacteria, particularly in a hot country when even refrigeration hadn’t been invented.
