Elecia Battle has been in and out of court and jail since 1989. She’s been arrested for credit card fraud, assault, criminal trespassing, aggravated menacing, plus a slew of other things. She was a typical hood rat. She tried to get a job and settle down. That was short lived. She secured a job at Finast Supermarkets which was eventually bought out by Tops Friendly Markets that went bankrupt, they were turned into Giant Eagle Stores. One of my old coworkers actually worked with Elecia when she was at Finast. A lot of former Finast people who went onto working with Giant Eagle remember her well. This coworker of mine told us that everyone at the store knew she was lying like crazy when she came forward saying she lost that ticket.
