Gilley’s Bud and Sissy on grey 19 Texas 80 shirt challenged myself several years ago to come up with a clear definition of what Product Management and this is what I came up with. Product Management is a multi-disciplinary role that guides the strategic and tactical efforts of a product to ensure that, in the end, a marketable product is delivered to the end user. Their primary purpose is to gather market intelligence, perform customer research, translate customer needs and wants’ into requirements, and occasionally to shepherd those requirements through to delivery. It’s certainly not perfect, but it seems to me better than what many of the prevailing definitions many far too pithy to be useful are out there. Presumably, whomever Lorraine Warren designated in her will to receive the doll. I would expect that her will would establish a trust to maintain the operation of their museum, which would place the doll in the ownership of the trustee.
