Grand paw shirt is Sapphire, she had been abandoned to the streets for over a year when I came across her. It took 7 months to gain her trust to the point she met me at door on my way to feed her and followed me back afterward but not coming over the doorstep. I made a feral bed for her, an insulated box filled with straw to keep her warm and safe at night. The council threw a hissy fit because the box was outside the block of flats where I found her, they said the box had to be removed within 7 days or they would remove it. Told him if he removed it before I finally got her inside and she froze to death he would find himself on the front page of the local and national newspapers as well as on TV and he would lose his job.
