Hocus pocus Black cat Thackery Binx is my spirit animal shirt after this movie. I call her Binxy sometimes. Here’s an interesting fun fact. Amanda Shepherd, the young actress who portrayed Thackery Binx’s little sister Emily is The Venetian Princess. I wish they showed him transforming into a cat that would have been great to see. I like that he just stands there and takes it. I know he was injured, but I would have tried to getaway. They dubbed over the voice of the actor who played human Thackery because he sounded too modern. If I ever get a cat I’m naming her Wine, but if it’s a male cat I will name him Binx, even if it’s not a black cat. Mom and I were watching this last year and she just recognized him! So you mean to tell me this whole time his name is actually Thackery.
