Sloth I like to stay in bed it’s too “people” outside shirt is indeed a good idea to go to bed around midnight if they need to get up around 7-8 in the morning. But this is not ideal for everybody. Or should I say for everybody, for this is something that is programmed deep in the brain? Some people are just natural night owls and get their best sleep in the morning. When this goes so far that they fall outside the normal expectations of society, the condition is called Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome or Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder. There are also people who naturally want to sleep earlier, perhaps already at 8-9 in the night, and wake up hours before they need to go to work or school. But while these may find their social life somewhat stunted, they are unlikely to lose work opportunities or be the target of criticism from society at large.
